Rajiv Sharma (B.Sc., LL.B.)   :

Rajiv enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 1995. He has worked extensively on corporate and commercial transactions, joint ventures, M&A, corporate restructuring, entry strategy and establishment of business presence of foreign corporations in India. Amongst others, he has also advised a number of foreign religious and charitable entities particularly on their entry strategy and has assisted them in getting tax exemptions as well as mandatory approvals from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
During his professional experience of more than fifteen years in law, Rajiv has also served as a Senior Partner in one of the biggest law firms in the country for over seven years.

Kamal Sachdev (B.Com [Hons.], M.Com, CS MBA [Finance])

Kamal has over 9 years of experience in corporate, ROC, FEMA, SEBI related compliances and has been making regular appearances before the Company Law Board in matters related to oppression and mismanagement, compounding of offences amongst others.
Kamal heads the Corporate Compliance Desk of the Firm.

Rajesh Sharma (M.A., LL.B.)

Rajesh enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi in the year 1995. He has served as the Additional Standing Counsel of Union of India. His experience ranges from Winding up petitions, bankruptcy proceedings, shareholders disputes, merger petitions and approvals, etc. to civil and recovery suits, property related matters, stay and injunctions, family disputes, Will, motor accidents, consumer and arbitration related matters. He appears before the High Court of Delhi, all the lower Courts of Delhi, the Company Law Board, National, State and District Consumer Courts of Delhi, labor tribunals, Debt Recovery Tribunal, RBI, ROC, DGFT, etc.

Jai Bhagwan Gupta (LLB)

Experience of more than 20 years in litigation at all level.
